Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

MK Board Games does not require an account and does not ask you to submit your name, email address, contacts, photos, or payment-card details. MKDEV does not receive or store your personal game records on its own servers.

The app stores the following data locally on your device only, using Android SharedPreferences:

• Game statistics (wins, losses, draws, forfeits) per game mode
• App settings and preferences (board theme, AI difficulty, sound/vibration settings, light/dark mode)
• Active game session state (board position, move history for replay)

The app may show banner, interstitial, native, app-open, and rewarded ads through Google AdMob. When an ad request is made, Google and its advertising partners may process advertising identifiers, device and operating-system information, IP address, approximate location, ad views and interactions, diagnostics, and information used to prevent fraud and abuse.

2. Permissions Used

The app may use the following permissions and services:

• Internet — supports Google Play Billing and the AdMob integration when those services are used.
• Advertising ID — declared to support Google AdMob ad requests. Ad requests are configured for child-directed treatment and a maximum ad content rating of G.
• Vibrate — provides haptic feedback during gameplay and move replay.

MK Board Games does not request Camera, Microphone, Contacts, or Storage permissions. Google may infer approximate location from network information during ad delivery; the app does not request device location permission.

3. Advertising

The app may show banner, interstitial, native, app-open, and rewarded ads through Google AdMob. Ad requests are configured for child-directed treatment and a maximum ad content rating of G. Google and its advertising partners may process the information described above for ad delivery, measurement, diagnostics, and fraud prevention. 4. Third-Party Services

• Google AdMob: may deliver banner, interstitial, native, app-open, and rewarded ads. When ads are requested, Google may process advertising and device information under its policies.
• Google Play Billing: processes the optional one-time Remove Ads purchase. MKDEV receives purchase status, not your payment-card number.

Google’s terms and privacy policy apply to information handled by Google. You can also use Google’s privacy controls for advertising data.

5. Children's Privacy

MK Board Games is designed for a general audience and may be used by all ages. The app has no user accounts and does not knowingly request personal information directly from children. Ad requests are configured for child-directed treatment and a maximum ad content rating of G, subject to Google Play and AdMob requirements. This setting does not replace any consent required by local law; a parent or guardian must provide consent where the law requires it.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

All locally stored data can be deleted at any time by:

• Resetting stats from within the app (Settings → Reset Stats)
• Clearing app data: device Settings → Apps → MK Board Games → Storage → Clear Data
• Uninstalling the app

7. Security

Local game data is protected by your device’s built-in security, including its screen lock and device encryption. Information processed by Google for advertising is handled under Google’s policies and controls.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when app features, advertising partners, or legal requirements change. Updates will be posted at this URL and the effective date will be updated for material changes.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing. Contact MKDEV for questions about information handled by MKDEV. For advertising information handled by Google, use Google’s privacy controls and support channels.
