1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using MK Board Games ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Publisher and Service

MK Board Games is published by BANELE CHARLES MAKHANYA, trading as MKDEV, in South Africa. The App provides offline-friendly board-game features, optional computer opponents, local statistics, advertising, and an optional one-time Remove Ads purchase. Features may vary by device, operating-system version, region, or release.

3. Use of the App

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to extract or copy the game engine, AI logic, advertising systems, or purchase controls for commercial use
• Modify, redistribute, resell, misuse, or interfere with the App

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, graphics, and AI logic within MK Board Games are the property of MKDEV. The rules of the included games are generally established rules or public-domain concepts; MKDEV's specific implementation, artwork, user interface, and AI are proprietary.

5. Advertising and Purchases

The App may display banner and rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob. Google’s terms and privacy policy apply to Google’s services and the information Google processes for advertising.

You may purchase Remove Ads through Google Play. Google Play controls payment processing, purchase records, and refunds under its own terms and policies. MKDEV does not receive your payment-card number.

6. Children and General Audience Use

The App is intended for a general audience and may be used by all ages. If local law requires a parent or guardian to consent to data processing or an in-app purchase, that consent must be obtained before use.

7. No Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by South African law. MKDEV does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every device. The games are for entertainment and do not provide financial, legal, medical, or other professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MKDEV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Updates and Termination

We may update the App and these Terms when features or legal requirements change. Continued use after the revised effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. MKDEV may discontinue the App or remove it from distribution platforms at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, subject to mandatory consumer-protection and privacy rights that apply to you.
